The Spring Sports Season is getting very hectic for the Village Iidots. The Basketball team is in the playoffs; Football is starting off strong; Softball just got started as well... doesn't leave much time for running! Regardless, two of the Original V.I. made it down to JFK on Sunday morning to participate in the 5K on the JFK Runway: DKnip and JY both shook off their hangovers and finished the race! It should also be mentioned that the recent shift to Long Island events will allow for some new faces to join the club... VI Flip Cup contestant Marie Dejak came down and brought along Tommy LaValle for this race as well... Good to see you guys out there today! Let's hope this starts a trend that will turn into a nice crowd for the Marathon and other Events (10K, Half-Marathon) coming to Long Island on May 6th! Here are the official results for the V.I.
