It’s an All-Weber show at the Half-Marathon!

The fastest man and the fastest woman in the VI Runners Club are living under the same roof! (The warrant has already been obtained and a search for Perfomance Enhancing Drugs will be occurring shortly)
Tom and Amie Weber both put up impressive times in yesterday’s NYC Half-Marathon, and were joined by a few other Village Idiots on a great day for running in the city! Tom Weber’s 1:28:54 led all VI Runners and set a new Village Idiots record for the 1/2 Marathon! Amie Weber’s 1:54:48 also set a record for the VI Ladies, as she edged out Meredith DelBello by a mere 7 seconds!
Meredith’s future husband and VI Marathon record holder, Mike Zec was also seen running yesterday with VI Veteran Fred Paul… but neither notched an official time as they were without NYRR bibs. To round out the notable finishes, Ed Caceres, of VI Hoops fame notched a sub-1:40 finish before playing in a Flag football game a few hours later… sick!!!
