Mets starting the tease again!

Beltran’s leading the league in hitting… Wright has the pop back in his bat… Delgado and Reyes warming up… and Santana still winning games against all odds… throw in Jerry Manuel getting all fired up and getting booted last night and we officially have another reason to watch the Mets besides Keith, Gary and Ron in the booth.
It’s going to be a very long summer and the Mets should keep things rolling throughout… let’s just hope the bolstered bullpen can keep things under control down the stretch and we can enjoy some long-awaited October baseball out in Queens!
That being said… the Village Idiots Tailgating Tour is looking to follow the Mets out to Chicago again the year… the weekend of August 28th-30th is when the Amazin’s visit Wrigley, so let us know if you want to join… Events@VillageIdiotSports.com … we’ll start picking up Bleacher seats this week.
