Sun, Beer & Baseball… Phoenix Plays Host to the Village Idiots Tailgating Tour!

I was joined by two of the Next Generation VI, Shiels and Wesselhoft, on a trip to Arizona to enjoy a weekend series between the Mets and the Diamondbacks…
Splitting time between Tempe and Phoenix, we enjoyed the good times with the ASU crowd along Mill Ave and had our pre- and post-game drinks at Tiggo’s, served up by our favorite “Mormon” bartender Tera!
Special thanks also needs to go the family at Harlow’s Cafe in Tempe… nothing cures a hangover like delicious food prepared by a mustached chef and served up by fine looking waitresses each morning! You can be sure this will be a staple in the VI diet when we enjoy an ASU football game in the fall!
In between strolling the sites at Chase Field we did get to see the Mets take 2 out of 3 from the NL leading DBacks! Let’s Go Mets!!!
